Once upon a babyluv! Here's where our story all began...

It had always been our dream to start a family, however - after a decade of trying for a baby - we had to come to terms with the fact it was not possible for us. After days of illness, and sudden redundancy, we discovered I was pregnant! What started as one of the saddest and most terrifying day of our lives was turning into one of the happiest.
Through tough times, we scoured the car boot sales looking for second hand baby supplies. It was whilst we were on this baby bargain hunting mission that we had that pivotal light bulb moment. With a background in retail, we had always had a desire to start our own business. All these baby items were nearly new and barely used - they had been quickly outgrown or unwanted gifts.
And so, the idea of our business was born, and soon after, was our little miracle son.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we've even picked up a few awards along the way!
In October 2012, we opened our first shop in the Theatre Yard. By 2013, we were even runners up in the Derbyshire Times Small Business of the Year awards.
We expanded our range; becoming local stockists for brands like Redkite and Hauck. With a limited marketing budget we knew that word of mouth was always going to be our best form of marketing. So, with the ever increasing popularity of social media, we decided to spread the word about our shop via Facebook. Social media has also allowed us to partner with other local businesses and offer our support to charities like the Children's Hospital Charity.
By December 2013 we were ready to move to bigger premises - our current shop in Storforth Lane Trading Estate, Chesterfield.
We continue to grow week by week, and have named the Chesterfield's Retailer of The Year 2014 for 'Children's Clothes, Toys and Accessories' category, which was voted by the lovely people of Chesterfield as part of the Derbyshire Times Chesterfield Retail Awards.
